Limited Lifetime Warranty
Hyperthreads products purchased directly from Hyperthreads or a Hyperthreads Authorized Reseller are fully warrantied for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under our 100% Lifetime Guarantee. Defects in materials and workmanship do not include issues resulting from normal product aging, crashes, improper care, high frequency of use, accidental damage or general mishaps. If a product fails due to a materials or workmanship defect, Hyperthreads at its sole discretion will replace, repair or otherwise restore the product to its original function without charge.
Returns and Refunds
Only new, unused product is eligible for return or refund. Only product purchase price paid and applicable sales tax paid will be refunded. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (if any) are not eligible for refund. Products purchased on closeout sale or obtained through sponsorship or as evaluation samples are excluded from not eligible for refunds.
Hyperthreads Inline Product
Returns or refunds of new Hyperthreads Inline product may be made due to incorrect size or defective workmanship within 30 calendar days of your purchase invoice date. After 30 days, returns or refunds will be allowed at the sole discretion of Hyperthreads. Hyperthreads Custom Made Product
If your product was custom made-to-order, it is only eligible for a return or refund due to defects in workmanship or incorrect graphics as determined by Hyperthreads. All artwork for custom made-to-order products must be approved in writing (either by approved digital proof, email or text message) by the customer prior to production of the order. Returns, refunds or exchanges due to fit issues or requested artwork changes after artwork has been approved are not allowed. Hyperthreads encourages the use of our online Smart Fit Guide or ordering a Fit Kit prior to ordering. Fit Kits can be ordered through your Hyperthreads Sales Representative.
