When will I receive my order?

If you ordered from our Shop Now. Ship Now. in-stock apparel section, you can expect your order to ship within (1) business day or sooner. We typically ship using the USPS. Transit times may vary depending on where the order needs to ship but from our Utah headquarters, delivery is usually 2-5 days within the contiguous 48 United States.  If you placed an online order via a custom Team Store, your order will typically be delivered to you 4-6 weeks after the Team Store closes.  The specific closing date of your Team Store is determined by your Team Organizer and published at the top of your Team Store page.

Can I order just one custom item?

While the majority of our products have just a 3-unit minimum order requirement, we understand sometimes a single unit is needed. Some circumstances are for crash replacements, additional riders and team members or repeat production of items when simply another unit is needed. Regardless, you can design the jersey of your dreams! If you have the ability to design your own, our templates are available here. If you need some help with getting your ideas onto the screen, we have experienced designers on our team that are happy to lend their creative services.

I want to order for my team but it’s a hassle to collect money and get everyone’s orders to them. What can I do?

Most team purchases qualify for a Team Store built by us specifically for your team. Your Team Store shows all your team products that have been designed for you along with your specific team pricing determined by you and your Hyperthreads Sales Representative. Your team members can visit your unique Team Store URL, place their orders and we handle all the order management and fulfillment. No more random PayPals, Venmos or boxes in your garage!

What’s the best way to find my size in Hyperthreads apparel?

If you are not able to visit us in person, we offer an online Smart Fit Guide. Just answer a few quick questions about your build, activities and fit preferences to see what sizes we recommend. If you are local to our Ogden, UT headquarters, we invite you to browse our showroom to try on any of our products.

Do you ship outside of the United States??

Absolutely. We use flat rate shipping for both U.S. Domestic and International orders. Current shipping rates will be shown on your online order checkout screen.
