About us
Hyperthreads has been making custom cycling and team apparel in Ogden since 2014. We're the primary apparel provider for the largest high school mountain bike league in the country, and we outfit teams, clubs, and shops all over the US. We're a small crew that works hard, keeps things relaxed, and takes pride in getting every order right.
The job
This is a split role. About 40% of your day is up front taking care of customers, and about 60% is in the shop keeping the press area running.
Front office (about 40%)
- Answer customer emails and phone calls (order status, sizing, shipping questions)
- Help walk-in customers
Shop (about 60%)
- Run our shirt and hat heat presses
- Receive blank products and transfers, check them in, and get them put away
- Keep the press area organized and clean
You'll do well here if you
- Are friendly and clear on the phone, over email, and in person
- Pay attention to details (a wrong size or name means a reprint)
- Like switching between a desk and hands-on work
- Are reliable and can manage your own time
- Bonus points if you have a passion for youth sports, whether that's cycling, baseball, basketball, soccer, or something else
No experience needed. We'll train you on the presses and our systems.
Schedule and pay
- $15/hr
- Monday through Friday, 9 to 5
- Flexible schedule. Need to move things around? We'll work with you.
